Kitchen updates below. The homeowner no longer wanted an L shaped countertop and wanted it lower for easier seating at the counter. The cabinets were re-used on the other side of the kitchen for extra storage and counterspace. The pendant lights were removed from above the counter that was removed, and one was relocated above the new cabinets.

Kitchen Remodel
Full kitchen remodel. Customer wanted to change the cabinet footprint and downsize the window to allow lower cabinets. This required a complete gut of the kitchen down to the studs. The soffit was removed and the ceiling was reframed to change the angle of the ceiling. Repaired damaged sub floors, leveled floor for new flooring and cabinets to be installed. Existing picture window was too large so it was framed in and a smaller window was installed. All electric was updated and relocated and fixtures were installed by an electrician. Converted eat-in kitchen into a full wrap around kitchen. Installed drywall, cabinets, appliances, flooring, backsplash, and painting.
Basement Shower Re-Tile
This was a basement utility shower repair. Customers had basement waterproofing done. The existing floor on the exterior walls was removed during the process. The concrete patching after waterproofing was not smooth or pitched properly to the drain. Also the 2 exterior walls had ceramic tile that was original to the home and in need of replacement.
Customers already had a few contractors come out but their only solution was a full bathroom remodel for a very large price. Customers did not want a full remodel or the large cost for this basement utility shower.
We were able to turn this into a nice usable shower without completely gutting the bathroom. We started by removing the remaining tile on the floor and 2 exterior walls, poured a new concrete shower pan to correct the pitch, installed new ceramic tile, and swapped out the original shower valve assembly.
